Hello.

For my inspector, ref: 863002. In the box there was only 15 ml of cable, where can I find a 60 ml cable for this intercom and what is the reference, thank you.

Hello,
The gate inspector will send a signal when you press the open button. Often, gate openings are done through a push button.
You will need to use a relay to control your gate.
Good luck ;)

Hi, did you manage to connect your video intercom to your gate? If so, how? I have the same problem, I want to open the gates instead of using an electric latch...
Thank you for your help, hi Lionel.

Without knowing the products in question:
On the intercom, there should be a button dedicated to opening. (usually marked by a key)
Two wires need to be connected to this button.
For the operation of the gate, what are the means of opening?
A remote control, I suppose, and probably one or more key switches or maybe a keypad?
On these different devices, there are two wires that go to the gate management board. You simply need to connect these two wires in parallel with the two wires you will connect to the intercom.
Provide more explanation for a good description of the installation.

Hi,

it's simple, the gate opener can trigger an electric latch (12V DC), for opening an electric gate, you need a dry contact. You then need to use a 12V relay connected to terminals 7 and 8 (the relay must be a 12V DC NC relay (NC = normally closed) and then you can control your gate.
see you later
bye

Thank you very much
