opening gate from the EXTEL intercom

Hello,

I installed my gate with the motorization, perfect, everything works well.
I also installed the intercom (same brand EXTEL) and I can't manage to open one leaf.

Can someone help me with the wiring?

If you want your gate to open both leaves or just one, you need 2 contacts (2 buttons) on it, and on the control box of your gate, you should have contacts, one to control the full opening and the other for just one leaf. Read the manual carefully because sometimes you need to adjust small switches in the box.

Hi steph44,

On your video intercom, you should have a contact triggered by the door opening button. From this contact, you need to run a cable to the box of your gate, where you should have another contact for opening it.
