Syberia II ... stuck!

Hello,

I'm playing Syberia II, I'm at the very beginning and I'm stuck: I've collected the items from the vending machines and I arrived on the platform and I talked to Malka, who is below. Normally, I should give her some candy for her to open the gate for me, but when I click on her, at best she says "Hello, madam" and walks away.

How do I get her to talk to me about the gate?

    Return to the candy dispenser, go get the small key where the merchant is doing his work. With the key, open the candy dispenser on the right and retrieve the small change. Then take the 5th coin from the right, insert it into the candy dispenser, and collect the sweets that you can give to Malka. Then take the 2nd coin from the right, insert it into the rightmost dispenser, and collect the fishnets. When you return to talk to Malka, give her the sweets, and she will give you the key to the gate....

    I found it! I was also stuck at the little girl but I hadn't seen the lever next to the steering wheel where Oscar is, from there everything unlocks!

    I'm here:

    Go out to the platform.
    Go in front of the coal dispenser and talk to the little girl below.
    Ask her for the key to the gate.
    She agrees to give it to you in exchange for some sweets.
    Throw her the candies you just found and you will get the key to go down.
    Go down.

    I'm doing exactly as it's written but there are no options in the Dialogues to ask Malka for the keys...
    Are the solutions missing a step?
    The game is beautiful, I don't want to get stuck at the very beginning...

      You talk to Malka about all the subjects and then about the grid... she will come to you saying "I'd like to help you but give me something in return" so you give her the candies. You select them from your menu and then click on Malka to give them to her and she will send you the key to the grid.

    I also have a problem and I'm stuck at this point.
    In fact, when I click to observe the vending machines, I can't do anything because I haven't yet collected the objects needed to interact, BUT I CAN'T GO BACK TO CONTINUE THE GAME and I'm just stuck looking at the vending machines, clicking everywhere to try to go back...
    And the same thing happens with everything I observe, for example the locked door at the end of the dock.

    So please, how do we go back when we're looking at an object????????????

    You just need to select the candies and click on Malka with the selected candies.
