Unsupported Paper Format

Hello,
I am on Windows XP. When I try to copy a .phtml format in Mozilla Firefox, I get the message:
"Clipboard
items not added: Format not supported by the Office clipboard."
I don't have this problem in IE 7.
If anyone has an idea, thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.14

    Hello
    check in the Windows components if the clipboard is checked, if not, check it.

    But I think that IE copies to the Windows clipboard which is not the same at all.

      I saw your responses today and I thank you. I just spent 2 hours on the subject and finally I have the solution. It's Mozilla that, when we switched from Adobe Acrobat to Adobe Reader 8.1, did not update its table of contents. This means that now PDF files must be processed by Adobe Reader 8.1.
      I thought it was mature enough to make the change, something that I.E. had done.
