Hello,
here when I update Encarta it almost finishes but then stops. After that, there's a message to either continue the update manually or open the "updates" folder. So when I open the website, I have files "07F00001.eit" to "07F00020.eit," but when I try to "drag and drop," I get "access denied." On the other hand, what do you use to open files with the "eit" extension? Thank you for your response.

If you have the Microsoft Encarta 2007 shortcut on your desktop, you normally find it like this: "microsoft encarta 2007-Studies DVD." You click on it and then you'll see: File --- Edit --- Favorites --- ? at the top, and there you click on the question mark (?) and you'll find "Update Encarta." That's it, see you!

Hello;
I can no longer use the Encarta dictionary, please how can I reactivate it?
Thank you -
Encarta has not existed since 2009; there is no website, no updates, or anything else. You have no choice but to turn to Wikipedia.

I installed Encarta 2008. However, I can't open it. I'm desperate.
