Hello, I would like to know how many songs correspond to 8 GB and 16 GB because I am going to buy an Apple iTouch and I don't know which one to choose between 8 GB and 16 GB.  Thank you.

Hi,

the capacity in number of songs for 8GB is variable, it depends on the sample rate. 2000 songs is for the iPod in AAC at 128 kbps, I believe. Considering that an album song is more than 1000 kbps for example.

I searched on Google "how much music with 8GB" and it brings up this topic, it's exactly what I wanted especially since I'm also looking for it for the iPod Touch and just a little question, where do you get 'Itouche' from? I've never heard that =p

I advise you to get a 32GB because you'll see that with 8GB or 16GB you won't be able to do much    but I wonder how many games can be stored with 32GB???
