Rainbow Six Vegas 2 on PC

Hello everyone!!

Here is my little problem: I can't play with my Xbox 360 controller on Rainbow Six Vegas 2. I have everything I need, the adapter is installed (by the way, it works perfectly on other games like GoW, Bioshock, Crysis...)
When I go to the game options menu, it asks me if I want to play with the Xbox 360 controller, I click on it to say yes but it stays on no, I don't understand, my controller is properly connected with the light on.

    I have a wireless Xbox 360 controller for PC and I have exactly the same problem: when I click on "play with an Xbox 360 controller" it stays on "no."
    Have you found a solution?

    Hi and thank you for replying,

    but I'm playing with a wireless controller using the adapter that works with all drivers and all updates installed.
    I don't understand why it works on other games on PC.
    Do you have a solution???

    I have exactly the same problem as you, when I click on "play with an Xbox 360 controller" it stays on "no" and does not switch to "yes". I don't understand why....
    I searched if there was a patch for this or anything else, updates, etc.... but nothing at all.
    So if anyone has an answer, thank you in advance!

    Hi!!

    I called the Ubisoft support guys and they simply told me to do the updates!!
    Thank you very much, but there aren’t many updates and I’ve already done all of them^^ If you see any others, please let me know!!

    it's my saves that don't work, it shows me a message like Save checkpoint failed, so
    I have to start all over again every time I die

    Actually, the game crashes during loading :O and I don't know why the soldiers are running, running, and running and then they get stuck all of a sudden and then I get a message that says General Protection failure... Does anyone have a solution to suggest to me please ?? Thanks in advance

      Hi, you just have to go to settings and then services and messages and you can deactivate it.

    As I said earlier, if you absolutely want to play with a wireless controller on R6V2, you must connect a wired controller at the same time as the wireless one. I know a few people who managed to get it to work this way; I hope it works for you.

    Salut, j'ai installé Vega 2 sur mon PC. Quand je le lance, ça bloque sur un écran noir. S'il vous plaît, aidez-moi. Voilà ma config :

    CPU : Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz E4300
    RAM 2 Go
    Graphique : NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GX2 (1280x1024)
    Écran : 19 pouces

    My problem is that when I move forward or shoot... it’s super slow and it freezes (very little) but regularly!
