Hello everyone, I would really like to know if the toothpaste solution works because my mobile phone (a Samsung SGH J700) has four scratches because I dropped it and I am really sad. I would like to know if the toothpaste solution works because if it has even more scratches... but does it work with any toothpaste, that would be great.... finally, I would like to know if you have ever used this technique. Thank you for telling me more! Goodbye!!!!

Hello everyone, I have a Samsung Player One and to remove scratches, I have a fantastic product called OUATOR, for auto, motorcycle, and boat. You can find it online, and it erases all scratches on plastic, glass, etc. It's magical! You apply the OUATOR on the scratch, rub it really hard, and then wipe it off with a piece of cotton cloth, and then there are no more scratches. There you go, good luck!

Hi everyone!
Well, here I am giving the trick a try on my iPhone, where I've noticed a tiny scratch. To be clear, I used Signal toothpaste (the fresh care one, with mouthwash) and I made sure to apply it well!!!
RESULT: I have a completely clean screen that shines and smells nice, Hummmm!!! And then... Miracle... BUT THE SCRATCH IS STILL THERE!!!! Clearly visible on my all-clean screen!!!! And as one miracle can hide another... with my beautiful clean shiny screen, I also noticed that there were actually plenty of other tiny scratches that I wasn't aware of!!! This trick is really great, but I quickly went and bought a decent protective film!!!!
See you!

I don't understand, it doesn't work
I have a LG Wiety like you, Sanatone, but it didn't work even though I followed your method, and I still have my two stripes. Could you tell me what brand of toothpaste it was? Mine is COLGATE MAXFRESH WITH COOLING CRYSTALS*. I don't understand anything, thanks for the answers, I'm open to all responses.

Hello, will this have the same effect on the new phones with rigid screens like the HTC HD or the iPhone, because the Viewty has a low-quality screen as it is one of the first touchscreens and the screen is "soft," so to speak, I can't find the right word.

Hello,
Do you need a special toothpaste or does any one work? Because I have SIGNAL ANTI-CALC.
I don't have anything else =X

P.S.: I have a Samsung Player One and the scratch is still quite noticeable :(.
Thank you

Hello

What works is the stuff for the nails.
A Scholl tube with nail polish on one side and another liquid on the other side.
I applied a layer of the other liquid on my 24" Acer screen and "Ta-da" !!
Nothing left!

Have a nice evening.

Hello,
I have a flat screen that I scratched (well, it fell on some objects) and it left some ugly scratches; now it’s perfect. My solution: car polish rubbed fairly hard for a while, and there it is like new (WARNING: DO NOT OVERUSE POLISH IN THE SAME SPOT AS IT COULD PRODUCE THE OPPOSITE EFFECT [SCRATCH]).

I also have a Samsung Player One that a friend gave me and it is really scratched (the phone fell between the spokes of his bike while he was riding fast, plus the phone wasn’t working anymore but it went to the service center, but of course, they didn’t change the screen) so I tried the polish + toothpaste and it really reduced the scratches but they are still there (normal, imagine the force of the impact that the phone suffered).

So to recap: polish usually works better than toothpaste because it’s more powerful.

Have a good evening.

Caution, toothpaste contains abrasives and may further damage the screen.

Consult specialists...

Hello everyone, I have a Kodak Zi6 and I'm really happy with it, but over time it has picked up scratches, micro-scratches, and big marks. Please help me because I tried toothpaste but it doesn’t work at all; it makes it look clean but the scratches are still there and the next day it looks like before, even worse. Can you help me please? Thanks, the magic man.
