How to open an NRG file?

Hello
I have an NRG file on a CD-ROM that I don't know how to open. I've been told to use a virtual drive program, which is in English.
Could you please tell me the procedure to read and install this program? Or if there’s another option, it would be welcome.

It has already happened to me, your problem. Use daemon tools, it's free and the best.

Hi,

according to the site http://libertyboy.free.fr/computing/definitions/extensions/_n.php, it's a Nero image file, so in my opinion, you should burn it to a CD using Nero.

It's a compressed file that can be easily opened with 7Z.

I have a problem, I downloaded a torrent for the game Worms 4 Mayhem. The problem is that it's apparently an NRG file. I don't know what that is. I don't know how to open it. It's 666 MB.

NRG files are image files created by Nero, and they are not editable... You can either burn them with Nero or view them with software like Alcohol and others. You can also pretend the CD has already been burned and is being read, using Nero Image Drive available in the Start menu, Nero, Nero 6 Ultra Edition... I hope I have answered the question.

you can simply open it using Power ISO

this file is just an image of Nero
you can burn it to a CD or DVD
or you can open it with WinRaR !!

bonjour à tous, moi en fait j'ai téléchargé ImgBurn en anglais sur Clubic et il y avait un patch. J'ai téléchargé ce patch, dézippé le dossier, mais dans le dossier, il y a un fichier NRG. Que dois-je faire alors pour le patcher en français ? J'attends vos réponses avec impatience, merci d'avance.
