How to open a SAV file

Hello, I receive files in SAV format and they do not open when I click on them, as well as PDF files, I don't know how to read them, I'm a beginner and I don't know which program to download to be able to read them. Thank you very much to those who will respond to me, that's nice, Djack

Hello, files with the .sav extension are backup files. To use them, you need to know which software they originated from. For PDF files, you need Acrobat Reader.
