Hello, I just acquired a new PC with Windows XP Pro and I find that the characters are small compared to my previous hardware. I suppose there is a trick to remedy this inconvenience; config: Windows XP Pro 2.8 GHz, 512 MB, 40 GB. Thank you, bye!

You need to go to Start, then Control Panel, then Appearance and Themes, then Display, and then Appearance, and finally Font Size. That should work. Good luck!
