How to put two dots on an i

Well, let me explain the principle

When you see 2 symbols on a key (one above the other), it means that the lower one will display when you press the key by default, the second symbol will only display if you are in caps lock or holding down the [Shift] key.

So you just have to look for the symbol [¨] on the keys of your keyboard (normally to the right of the P key) and hold down the [Shift] key! :)

[Shift] is located above the [Ctrl] key (a simpler reference ;)

Do you have a laptop or a desktop?

On a standard PC keyboard (with a tower), you press the [Shift] key (the one with an upward arrow below the caps lock) and at the same time, you press the [^] key (to the right of P)

Let's recap: [Shift] + [^]!
