Message de parser d'erreur avec ebp comptes bancaires

Hello,
I am using EBP bank accounts and I encountered the message "parser error" which deletes all accounts, and I am unable to close the software. I uninstalled and then reinstalled it, but the same issue persists. I tried it on another computer, and it's the same problem. This is for the 2007 version, and since then I downloaded 2008, but the same problem occurs. I am desperate, I am waiting for an email from EBP to provide me with a solution, but what if it's not an EBP issue??? If you can help me please, thank you.
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 2.0.0.13

I know your message is old (April 2008) but if you found the solution, you would be doing me a favor because I have the same problem under the same conditions and with the same software.

ebp asked me to send them the files of my accounts. They corrected everything and I recovered all my accounts, but you have to be patient; they are slow to respond.

My accounts were saved on a mini disk. But I think you must have a backup somewhere because when you log out of your account and save, you provide the address of a file; those are the files that need to be sent when they ask for them. Good luck, Cricou.
