J'ai plusieur virus Sniif :(

Bonjour,
Alors voila mes parents recoivent des emails etc... bref &et ils ont chopé des virus ! Un qui m'affiche une page internet toute les 5 secondes (http://www6.hostsnake.com/?tdfs=1&kw=hosting&showDomain=1 et l'autre qui me fait bugger mon bureau pareil toute les 3 secondes environ pis un autre qui fait que je ne peut ouvrir un dossier qu'un temps limiter après le dossier se ferme et je dois tout recommencer :/ J'ai tout essayer avant de venir ici mais rien y fait :s si quelqu'un pourrait m'aider Svp .
