Bonjour à tous
j'ai de gros souci de PC j'espère que vous pourrez m'aider. j'ai AVG free edition et il m'a trouver 4 trojan horse
- le generic9.agvs
- le downloader.purityscan.ac
- le même mais a un autre endroit
- le dropper.generic.imu
je sais pas comment faire pour m'en débarrasser pour le moment ils sont dans virus vault (je sais même pas ce que c'est!).
Or depuis quelques temps des que je clique sur la croix rouge pour fermer un dossier genre documents ou images... windows redémarre à chaque fois.
Est ce lié? comment me débarrasser de ces virus???
Aidez moi s'il vous plait cela serait super.

Télécharge Combofix de sUBs : Renomme le avant toute installation, par exemple, nomme le "KillBagle". aide ici : https://forum.pcastuces.com/sujet.asp?f=25&s=37315
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !
Aide à l’utilisation de combofix ici: https://bibou0007.forumpro.fr/login?redirect=%2Ft121-topic
Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider, laisse toi guider.
Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.
ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste
Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."-

merci beaucoup de votre réponse. Je me suis arretée au rapport car mon Pc a beugué ou je sais pas quoi c'était tout noir. jai fermé la session. J'avais eu le rapport mais je le retrouve pas et du coup j'ai pas pu le poster d'ailleurs je sais pas ce que ca veut dire, je suis désolée je suis une quiche en informatique!. Vous pouvez m'aider?

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.
ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste
Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes." -

Voila ca c'est avec Hijackthis, malware jarrvie pas a l'ouvrir il m'avait trouver 2 trojan horse et deux autre virus, je les ai "remove" et la je fais le active scan de panda qui ma trouver des infections mais il faut payer!!!

ba je sais pas. avec Avg il y a encore les 4 trojan dans virus vault mais c'est peut etre normal? j'avoue que j'ai fait que suivre les instructions car je comprends pas trop!!! en tout cas si pour toi il n'y a plus de problème c'est nickel!! merci beaucoup beaucoup!!!
