I’m in the same boat as you; for now all I’ve found is this:

    http://www.phoenix.com/en/About+Phoenix/Learn+About/BIOS+Updates/Default.htm

    Which then gives this:

We will email you with a link to download the latest BIOS upgrade for your specific system. The file to download will be a zip file (>500 K) that includes the binary, the necessary flash loader, and easy installation instructions. Plus, you’ll have access to hundreds of BIOS FAQs online, and free e-mail based technical support. Telephone technical support is not available.

The price for this BIOS download is $29.95 (U.S.).

So basically you have to shell out $29.95 to get the update...

    Annoying... I’ll keep searching.

My BIOS is protected by an administrator password that I don't know.
When I turn on my Dell Latitude CPX laptop it is impossible to access the main menu and even impossible to enter the setup.
My laptop is a Dell Latitude CPX H500GT
    help me remove this password

Hi, remove the BIOS battery for a few minutes, replace it, and turn your PC back on—you won’t have any passwords anymore.

Hello, in most cases the Phenix BIOS password cannot be removed by a simple manipulation (remove the battery).
Either you get the manufacturer to respond who charges about one hundred euros to remove the password, or you have professional CDs to bypass or reprogram the BIOS.
    Good luck

But even 4 or 5 years later, relevant information may still be useful to other people :-)
