desinstale correctement norton :

puis

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message ainsi qu´un nouveau rapport hijack this.

Lorsque j'allume mon ordinateur, j'ai un message d'alerte de la part de mon antivirus AVAST indiquant qu'il existe un virus win32 tratBHO, avast m'indique de le mettre en quarantaine, ce que je fais mais il ne s'enlève. j'ai suivi tes indications et j'ai idésinstallé norton et lancé combofix. J'ai suivi les indications du tutoring mais au moment de glisser la console de récupération de windows sur l'icone de combofix, l'ordinateur me dit que l'opération a échouer et il lance combofix de suite. Il me donne un premier rapport que je te colle ci-dessous, mais comme je n'avais pas enlever mes protections d'ordi (qui n'ont rien dit sur ce programme, ce que je ne trouve pas rassurant du tout), je l'ai relancé et je te colle aussi le deuxième rapport à la suite.

Télécharge FixWareout d'un de ces deux sites sur le bureau:

Lance le fix: clique sur Next, puis Install, puis assure toi que "Run fixit" est activé puis clique sur Finish.
Le fix va commencer, suis les messages à l'écran. Il te sera demandé de redémarrer ton ordinateur, fais le. Ton système mettra un peu plus de temps au démarrage, c'est normal.

*Poste (Copie/colle) le contenu du rapport qui va s'afficher à l'écran (report.txt)

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle le texte copié.
(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix,

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

J´ai comme l´impresssion que ton photoshop cs3 est infecté, qu´est ce que tu en pensse ?

j'ai installé le pare-feu puis j'ai lancé FixWareOut, mais il ne m'a pas affiché de message au redémarrage.

Comme je ne me sers pas de photoshop et dans le doute, je l'ai supprimé.

je ne sais pas ce qui arrive, je n'arrive plus à poster des mails sur le site, mais je réessaye encore une fois...

J'ai installé le pare-feu et lancé le Fixwareout, mais ce dervier ne m'a ps ouvert de message au redémarrage.
J'ai quand même suivi la suite de tes instructions et je t'envoie les deux rapports.

comment fixer :

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

Je te dis tous ca car j´aimerais que tu performes un scan entier de ta machine a l´aide d´antivir avec les reglages stipulés ci dessus et que tu post le rapport généré ici stp

ps : fais le scan d´antivir en mode sans echec :

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

j'ai suivi les instructions, mais je n'ai pas trouvé Symantec Core LC et je ne sais pas comment "arrêter ce service".
Depuis que j'ai fixé les lignes avec hijackthis, mon internet cablé ne marche plus, mais le sans fil continue de fonctionner.

pour le service de norton :

demarrer > executer > tape > services.msc valide par ok

dans la fenetre des services trouve : Symantec Core LC click droit dessus et regle le sur arreter.

pour la connection :

ouvre hijack this click sur :

"main menu"

puis

"view the list of backups"

dans cette list

cherche :

O4 - Global Startup: Dell Network Assistant.lnk = ?
O4 - Global Startup: Digital Line Detect.lnk = ?

puis click sur restore a droite pour chacune des deux.

dis moi si ca corrige le probleme de connection

Salut,

la connection cablée à internet ne marche toujours pas, même en restorant les lignes. L'ordi me marque qu'il est connecté au réseau mais je ne peux ouvrir aucune page avec mozzilla. Par contre, en Wifi, pas de problème...

ca doit venir du faite que l´on a supprimé un detournement de dns en ligne 017...

fais ceci :

démarrer>exécuter> tape cmd et valide par entrée
dans la fenêtre noire copie-colle :
netsh winsock reset catalog
et valide par Entrée .
redémarre l'ordi et teste la connexion .
