Pb détection antivirus
bonjour,
mon pb est le suivant : je n'arrive pas a lancé d'analyse antivirus (mon logiciel est norton 2002) il me marque :
"Norton antivirus n'a pas pu analyser l'ordinateur
l'analyse a échoué car certains composants norton antivirus sont manquants, désinstallez norton antivirus et réinstallez"
J'ai beau le réinstaller entierement ça marche toujours pas donc si qqun pouvait me renseigner :(
mon pc est un athlon 1.1ghz 640ram et DD 40G (partagé en 2X20)

Et as tu eu un message qui te disait de le réinstaller après qu'il ne marche plus ou la tu fais de ton gré ? Parce que certain virus font déconner l'anti-virus et font croire qu'il faut le réinstallé et après, ben c'est pas possible. Essaye un anti-virus en ligne :
