Hello,
I am writing to see if I can find a solution to my problem with my Sansa E260 MP3 player. It is stuck; it is on and remains frozen on a song, and I cannot turn it off, change the song, or do anything else.
It has been about half an hour since it has been like this, and I can’t do anything else:
I tried charging it via the wall outlet, but that didn't work; it remains stuck.
I then tried connecting it via USB port to my PC to see if it would be recognized, and it shows as an unrecognized device by Windows.
Can someone tell me how I could resolve this problem?

I put music on my SanDisk Sansa e260 and tried to listen to it. But it didn't work, it stayed on the menu. I couldn't turn it off, I removed the battery and it turned off. I put the battery back in, it opened, I turned it off and now it won't open anymore. I plug in the USB cable and it opens, I disconnect it and it turns off, and we can't open it again. If I leave it plugged in, it disconnects and reconnects by itself!!!
