Virtumonde et trojan

Bonjour,
Je suis infecter par un trojan ( je pense) qui remplace les bannier pub des site que je visite par d'autres.
J'arrive pas a m'en debarrasser avec avast ou spybot. Et bizarement spybot detecte virtumonde mais j'en ai aucune trace su mon scan Hijakthis. Que faire? Merci
