Besoin d'aide/ désinfection de trojan horse

Bonjour,

AVG Free Anti-virus vient de trouver sur ma machine plusieurs fichiers infectés par Trojan horse generic 9.BHMS et .AERK.
je viens de nettoyer avec Ccleaner, fait un scan avec AVG Anti-Spyware (qui n'a rien retrouvé du tout).
