System error e100 canon d340 copier

Hello,
I have a Canon PC D340 copier that, after a few minutes of startup, displays "system error E100" on the control panel and then nothing happens. I'm stuck, I can't use my machine anymore. What should I do to solve this problem?

    I have an Epson AL C8600 printer that displays an error message "err, copier system" after preheating when turned on, and nothing happens afterward. I'm stuck and cannot use my machine. What can I do to resolve this issue?

    Hi, change your ink cartridge or remove the black roller under the drum, clean it and put it back in place and everything is done, okay. youmg
