Hello,
I have a problem with my Canon IR 2200 photocopier
which displays this code E000019-0000
please give me a solution. 
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0

    The used ink receptacle is full.

    When looking at the left copier, you need to remove the cover that is at the very bottom left and empty the tank inside, making sure that the windows of the spout are clean. After that, just restart the copier.
