Hello,
Your 5362 port is not reachable. Please review your network config.
This is what eMule shows me every time I connect
when I test the ports it doesn't work either
I don't know what to do because I've read the FAQs and so on but I can't understand much, thank you for helping me.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.12

I try all this and I thank you
besides I keep losing my servers, I have to constantly refresh my ports, it's annoying.

Well, I think I've done everything, and I'm still getting this message
Furthermore, I'm being told to look at the arrows in the bottom right, and mine are red and yellow
Pffff, will I make it out of this
I'm still getting the same message.

Well then, you need to check manually
    what's your router?
have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it?

My router is a Livebox Sagem. No, I haven't uninstalled and reinstalled it because I don't want to mess things up, lol.

Well, before messing with your PC's ports, you should uninstall eMule

    then install CCleaner
run the registry so it removes and repairs the registry keys
launch the cleaner mode to get rid of your PC's junk
and then let me know when it's done

    ok
Once everything is finished, to make sure it's good, you start = execute = regedit
    then you search for emule
    and you search for ed2k
normally, there should be nothing left, if it finds a folder on this, you delete it
once that's done, you re-download it here,

don't forget to properly configure it at the first launch

What I mean by properly configuring is that it asks for your connection speed, I believe, and make sure that your ports in the Windows firewall are set as exceptions.

Well, I found my problem simply because when I was testing the ports it didn't work, and now I've realized that my firewall is blocking my eMule traffic.
Once the firewall is disabled, my connection works very well and I test my ports perfectly.
I need to figure out why my firewall is blocking eMule and its ports.
    Thank you very much!
