    si tu passe ton formulaire en method="get" pour tester, des informations sont-elles envoyées ??

    Si qqch se passe : le script mail.php est bien exécuté.

    Tu ne nous donnes pas le source de ce script, il est donc difficile de t'aider.

      pour appeler ton script mail.php

      ce serait mieux de mettre:

      si ce script mail est bien dans le même répertoire que ton formulaire.

      sinon met le chemin correspondant.

    On peux t'aider mais je pense qu'il est d'abord indispensable que tu t'inities à php.

    Google : tuto php devrait te donner plusieurs tutoriels pertinent.

    Cette phase initiale est nécessaire car sans elle il faudra que nous dveloppions ton formulaire pour toi.

      Oui : il te faut modifier mail.php pour y intégrer des instructions php pour récupérer les valeurs saisies dans le formulaire de premier niveau avec $_POST[ '...' ]

    verifie ton hebergeur en premier, cela dit je viens de tester et le formulaire à l'air de fonctionner...
    (pour un site pro tu devrais revoir ton interface graphique y'a du taff)

    Le plus simple aurait peut-être été de demander déjà l'autorisation à celui qui a fait le formulaire (en l'occurence, moi).
    Pour info, cette personne a carrément pompé tout mon site pour en faire le sien.
    Lorsque je l'ai appelé et menacé, il a bien sûr retiré son site......
