Hello,
I bought cheaply (I'll specify that for the record) a mp3 "tokiwa" model MD3951XOD, delivered with an installation CD that is useless (in my opinion but I know nothing about it). It is impossible to operate this mp3 on the PC.
I turn to your knowledge to get me out of this hole.

thank you all for the help you could provide.

my PC is on XP Pro
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.12

I want to tell you that Mark is terrible (I have one too). The problem might come from your Windows, which is either too or not performing well (ps tell me what Windows you have)

Hello, I hope you’re doing well. I might have found the solution to your problem. You need to put your installation CD in your drive and explore the CD; inside you’ll find the installation software. P.S. do you have MSN? we could talk directly. P.S. I would understand if you refuse that we talk on MSN (with all the viruses and online pirates). See you soon. P.S. send me another news if it works so I stop looking for the solution.

It is useless to install drivers on a Windows version newer than 98. On the other hand, you must go into the settings and change the USB connection type.
