Bonjour,
Mon antivirus (avast) détecte sans cesse des chevaux de troie.
Mon ordi commence à être ralenti, parfois il plante, j'ai des messages d'erreur du type :
****WXYZ.SYS-Adress F73120AE base at C00000 DateStamp 36b072A3 Kernel Debugger Using: COM2 (port Ox28f, Baud rate 192000).
De multiples fenêtres s'ouvrent sous IE, me disant des phrases pour que je clique sur "ok" pour soit disant protéger mon ordi, le scanner...etc...
J'ai bien compris qu'il ne faut pas les utiliser, je les ferme en utilisant la croix.
J'ai aussi dans mon poste de travail une croix rouge devant C: à la place de l'icone du disque dur.

Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider, laisse toi guider.
Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.

Re,
après avoir exécuté Combofix sans le renommer donc, je n'ai pas eu la question, il s'est lancé tout seul, à la fin de l'analyse, l'ordinateur a redémarré tout seul, et j'ai eu ce message :

Plus de réponse : mon problème est-il résolu ? (pour info, j'ai toujours cette croix devant l'icone du disque dur, ce qui m'inquiète un peu). Par contre, Avast ne me signale plus d'intrusion de virus et je n'ai plus les pubs pour la désinfection du pc.

Clean permettra de faire du nettoyage et supprimer des fichiers que des anti-virus et anti-spywares n'ont pas pu trouver. Le logiciel est régulièrement mis à jour, vous devrez donc le re-téléchargé pour obtenir une version plus récente.
• Téléchargez clean.zip, décompressez-le sur votre bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), vous obtenez alors un dossier clean
• Démarrez Windows en mode sans échec : Guide pour redémarrer en mode sans échec
• Ouvrez le dossier clean qui se trouve sur ton bureau, et double-cliquez sur clean.cmd, une fenêtre noire va apparaître pendant un instant, laissez la ouverte jusqu'à ce qu'elle se ferme.

j'ai effectué l'analyse sous Clean en mode sans echec comme demandé mais avant de donner le rapport un message me disant d'envoyer un fichier à une adresse est apparu, certains fichiers étant susceptibles d'être infectés, étant en mode sans echec, il n'y avait pas de connexion réseau, je n'ai par conséquent pas pu faire ce qu'ils me demandaient (envoyer le fichier)

relance smitfraudfix:
sélectionne l'option 2 et appuyer sur entrée pour commencer la désinfection. lorsque le programme demande si tu veut nettoyer le registre mets oui en tapant 0 et entrée
