j'arrive plus à faire des scann manuel avec Norton 2003.
j'ai eu un trojan pas grave que j'ai giclé, jcrois qu'il a bouffé un fichier.
qouqu'il en soit,
j'ai désinstallé NORTON, réinstallé, désinstallé,réinstallé, désinstallé.... et y'a toujours ce message d'erreur

Tu aurais dû noter le nom du troyen avant de le "gicler". Comment savoir maintenant ce qu'il a laissé derrière lui, comme cochonnerie qui interfère avec Norton?
Avec son nom, on aurait pu s'informer. Peut-être as-tu encore un log?

1 - les chevaux de troie (lire => http://www.commentcamarche.net/virus/trojan.php3) : les antivirus traditionnels ont presque toujours du mal à s'en débarrasser ; ils ne sont en principe pas destructifs.
2 - un logiciel facile, gratos et efficace pour les virer est SpybotS&d, avec notamment une version française, disponible ici http://sebsauvage.net/logiciels/spybotsd.html ou TheCleaner ici http://www.moosoft.com/thecleaner/
3 - Important : l'installation d'un firewall http://www.commentcamarche.net/lan/firewall.php3 pour éviter ce genre de soucis est absolument indispensable ; large choix ici => http://www.firewall-net.com/fr/
4 - si ton antivirus à toi est HS, essaie un scan en ligne http://www.secuser.com/outils/antivirus.htm

Sorry, I can not correspond in french, I can only read it.
You have to install Nortor. Afterwards you start up your computer in safe mode. In safe mode Norton will function and you can scan your computer for virusses.
I am having a similar problem and I will report my progress later.
