Hello,
I intend to buy equipment in Taiwan and I would like to know which websites I could check for offers and prices before I leave, as I haven't found any local reseller sites.
Thank you in advance.

Hello Chris,
I just saw your message posted on the how it works forum from November 2009.
I would be interested in the export of audio CDs imported from France by the artist Mylène Farmer.
Looking forward to your response.
Thank you in advance. -
Hello, I am currently in Taipei,
for a culinary analysis with the Taiwanese.
I would like to be able to import cognac, wine, and spirits to Taiwan, and import some machines to France.
I would like to have all the information, customs fees, transportation costs, and your margin.
Sincerely,
romain.godefroy@hotmail.com -

Hello,
I am discovering your posts and I'm also interested in purchases in Taipei, but more regarding cameras (DSLRs).
I am currently looking at the latest model from Canon, the EOS 5D Mark II, which seems to be around 65,000 NT (about 1,400 euros) on some websites from Taipei!
Do you know of any reputable online stores that could deliver to Taipei at competitive prices?
In stores, it is according to my contact at 87,000 NT (about 1,900 euros)
Thank you for your information and URLs of known and reputable sites!
Best regards -

We all make mistakes, that's why there are erasers on the ends of pencils.-
LOL actually, the Taiwanese eBay is this: https://www.ruten.com.tw/?_trksid=p3907.m33&redir=0
To be honest, I would have preferred a site that is a little more in English :D -

In fact, not quite, because in Taiwan they mostly speak Mandarin Chinese, some old people speak Taiwanese, but saying that they speak Taiwanese would be somewhat like saying that in Corsica they speak Corsican! Anyway, a large part of the Taiwanese population came from China after the communists took power, so there are many who don't speak a word of Taiwanese.
Olivier live from Taiwan (I've been living here for a year)
Most businessmen also speak English, commerce requires it ;-) -
Hello Olivier,
Have you had the chance to look at the prices of digital SLRs in the shop windows, which seem cheaper than in France?
I suppose you must be inundated with requests living in a technological paradise,
but I am wondering about the prices for an EOS 5D Mark II (the latest from Canon), which is prohibitively priced in France. I am considering buying it in Taiwan, having it shipped there, and then having friends on site send it to me.
Do you know how much this device can be found for there from mail order companies or in stores (like FNAC or other specialized photo equipment shops)?
Best regards,
Marc -
