    The best thing is to go to the source: http://portal.unesco.org/... Before diving into this program, take a look at the others that are offered: IsisMarc, etc... Winisis is quite complex, especially when it comes to wanting to print while allowing the creation of a database without adhering to any bibliographic rules... This creates a lot of difficulties if you plan to switch to another software later (Koha, etc.). Especially for Arabic!
