Charger problème sur l'allume-cigare

Hello,

I have 2 issues actually:

The first one is that I bought 2 car TV screens for my daughters and the charger for the cigarette lighter is not suitable; what should I do? Are there different sizes available?

The second point: if I want to buy a GPS that plugs into the cigarette lighter, how is it possible to connect 2 things at the same time to just one cigarette lighter?

    Hello

    For the first point, the cigarette lighter sockets are standard (diameter 20 minus the mass)
    For the second point, double cigarette lighter sockets are sold (in supermarkets and stores like Feu Vert, etc.)

      for point 1, yes the diameter is the same, OK, my cigarette lighter plug fits well in width but it is longer so it doesn't fit
      if I put a mobile phone charger, the light comes on
      but when using the one from the car TV screens, the end is longer and so the light doesn't come on, so I don't understand!

        I will go see the seller, because I have a DVD player and that doesn't pose any problem.

        But check anyway because for my GPS the plug is very long and it still makes contact

        The problem is that I bought this from Pixmania and so there's not really any customer service or they totally don't care.
        I need to go to a specialized store, but they are quite rare for this type of issue.
