Ctrl+alt+del pour redémarrer - erreur disque

Hello, my computer has closed the session and then a black screen appeared where it says press ctrl+alt+del to restart _error disk. What should I do to fix it? If I do what they tell me, nothing changes. I don't know what to do anymore, please help!!!!!

Hello rapugon,

Be careful, your PC is not dead, but maybe your hard drive is. (It's just the hard drive...)
Your hard drive may have been damaged due to a sudden power cut, but don't worry, it should be under warranty and if your hard drive is screwed, they'll just replace it.
However, you risk losing your data stored inside.

Before that, check in the BIOS if it detects it. To do this, press F2 or Delete at startup to access it (you should have the option at the bottom of your screen during startup). Then look in the options (but don't modify anything) to see if your hard drive is detected.

It will give you the manufacturer of your BIOS (Award, Phoenix...) and I will tell you where to look exactly.
