Hello, every time I start something with my PC, a DOCUMENT VIEWER window appears, indicating "internal error," and it blocks everything. What should I do? Can anyone help me? Thank you.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

I also have a problem involving DocumentViewer.
    Timeline
    - For the past few weeks, it has been impossible to format or read certain DVDs that immediately appear full.
In short, no more video output for film editing, no more file copies to DVD...

    - Following one or two attempts to reinstall Windows, I experienced a crash.

    - From there, I encountered error 1706 and a pop-up requesting the insertion of the DocumentViewer disk, which does not correspond to any of the CDs in my possession
and it keeps looping, even when clicking cancel, as this error affects about forty applications or executables, 41 if I counted correctly on the Windows LOG.
Despite an installation today of the Windows XP SP3 pack, and updates, nothing changes
but it's already better because yesterday the keyboard was disabled!

If anyone has an idea, thank you in advance.

Ctrl + Alt + Delete then tab Processes, is it inside?
If yes, select and end the process.
