Installation for orange lightning

Hello,
when changing the location of my computer, I unplugged the orange surge protector. How do I reconnect it and where do I plug the small plastic connector? I have a Livebox Wanadoo. Windows XP.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello.
1 Unplug the electrical plug of the Livebox.
2 Disconnect the cable connecting the Livebox to the ADSL filter.
3 Plug the surge protector into an electrical outlet, a light will turn on indicating the surge protector is functioning properly.
4 Connect the white cable provided with the surge protector to the ADSL filter and to the IN socket of the surge protector.
5 Plug the electrical plug of the Livebox into the surge protector.
6 Connect the other cable (the one you disconnected from the ADSL filter) to the OUT socket of the surge protector.
