Hello, hello  Is it possible to change a date on a photocopied or scanned document by an HP 1210?  Thank you in advance  --  No existential questions; taking life one day at a time

--The simplest way is to use PAINT, which you can find in Start -> All Programs. Then it's up to you to find it
to select what you want to change and put another date if I understood correctly
if you want to know exactly how to do it just let me know and I'll make you a personal tutorial

--so launch PAINT, find the document in question, click on FILE OPEN and find your file
double click on it, it will display, look for the date to modify, once found in the toolbox click on the "A"
then go to this date and from the top left of the date make a diagonal (while holding down)
you will understand the principle very quickly, then a text bar should automatically display if not click
on "VIEW" and text toolbar afterwards it's up to you to adjust the parameters as you wish, here hoping you will succeed
