- Redémarre en mode sans échec, si tu sais pas comment on fait lis ceci

- Double-clic sur fix.reg

Ouvres killbox
- Sélectionne "delete on reboot"
- Clique sur le dossier jaune à droite et sélectionne le fichier : C:\WINDOWS\System32\wineij32.dll par exemple
- Clique sur la croix rouge et et blanche
- Répond yes et laisse redémarrer ton pc.
N'hésite pas à consulter l'Aide killbox

* Télécharge FixWareout d'un de ces deux sites sur le bureau:

* Lance le fix: clique sur Next, puis Install, puis assure toi que "Run fixit" est activé puis clique sur Finish.
Le fix va commencer, suis les messages à l'écran. Il te sera demandé de redémarrer ton ordinateur, fais le. Ton système mettra un peu plus de temps au démarrage, c'est normal.

*Poste (Copie/colle) le contenu du rapport qui va s'afficher à l'écran (report.txt) dans ta prochaine réponse.

smit fraud fix (colle le rapport)

1/ telecharger :

http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php

2/ double clique sur smitfraudfix. puis sélectionne 1 et appuyer sur entrée afin de créer le rapport des infection présentes.

3/ redémarre en mode sans échec (en appuyant sur F8 ou suppr, ou F5 au démarrage en général) puis refaire comme en 2/ mais sélectionne l'option 2 et appuyer sur entrée pour commencer la désinfection. lorsque le programme demande si tu veut nettoyer le registre mets oui en tapant 0 et entrée

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider, laisse toi guider.
Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

L'écran rouge a disparu du bureau grâce à Smit. pour info, j'avais également lancé le fichier registre dnsbak du Fixwareout comme IE ne pouvait plus s'ouvrir.

Bonjour,

Me voici un autre de ces malheureux infectés par le virus "privacy in danger". Je crois que j'ai déjà supprimé une petite partie du problème, parce que je suis parvenu à diminuer le nombre d'alertes générées par mon antivirus (avast!) et que je me suis débarassé du fond d'écran rouge. Pour ce faire j'ai downloadé et fait travailler Hijackthis et smithfraudfix, mais je ne suis pas assez ferré pour pouvoir aller au fond des choses. Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider SVP? Je me sens un peu dépourvu... À l'aide!

smit fraud fix (colle le rapport)

1/ telecharger :

http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php

2/ double clique sur smitfraudfix. puis sélectionne 1 et appuyer sur entrée afin de créer le rapport des infection présentes.

3/ redémarre en mode sans échec (en appuyant sur F8 ou suppr, ou F5 au démarrage en général) puis refaire comme en 2/ mais sélectionne l'option 2 et appuyer sur entrée pour commencer la désinfection. lorsque le programme demande si tu veut nettoyer le registre mets oui en tapant 0 et entrée

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

une infection vundo!

scan avec vundofix (colle le rapport)

Téléchargez VundoFix -> http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4

Double cliquez VundoFix.exe pour l'exécuter.
Quand VundoFix s'ouvre, cliquez sur le bouton Scan for Vundo.
Une fois le scan fini, cliquez sur le bouton Remove Vundo.

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Salut,

La dernière étape est réalisée et voici le dernier rapport combofix effectué en mode normal. Je l'ai fait roulé 2 fois car je croyais avoir perdu le rapport. J'espère que ça ne nuira pas à la réussite. L'ordi semble bien marcher et tout semble revenu à la normale. Est-ce la fin de mes soucis?

Clique sur le fichier CFScript, maintient le doigt enfoncé et glisse la souris pour que l'icône du CFScript vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relache la souris. Combofix va démarrer.

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.

Remets aussi un rapport Hijackthis

Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

Autant il est décourageant que des gens inventent des saloperies pour détruire les ordis des gens honnêtes, autant ça me redonne confiance en le genre humain quand quelqu'un prend de son temps pour utiliser ses connaissances pour aider sans rien attendre en retour.

Je pense que j'ai peut-être encore un problème. Le compte d'utilisateur (le compte "propriétaire") à partir duquel j'ai travaillé pour faire tout ce que tu m'as dit de faire pour nettoyer l'ordi ne pose pas de problème. Par contre, à l'ouverture d'un autre compte qui n'avait pas été utilisé depuis la fin du nettoyage, un pépin est apparu. Le fond d'écran était blanc (ce qui j'imagine est normal après le retrait du fond d'écran rouge"privacy in danger"), mais en essayant de le changer, l'ordi est devenu extrêment lent et Online Armor a signalé que "privacy in danger index.htm" ou quelque chose d'analogue essayait de remettre un fond d'écran à partir de C:/WINDOWS. À la suite du blocage avec Online Armor, l'ordi a presque figé mais j'ai réussi à forcer les programmes en cours à fermer. Par la suite, j'ai réussi à changer le fond d'écran sans encombre.

Ai-Je encore un problème ou ne suis-je seulement pas habitué à traviller avec Online Armor?

Devais-je effectuer le nettoyage à l'aide d'un compte Administrateur ? Doit-on faire un nettoyage pour chaque compte utilisateur?

Je pense que j'ai encore un problème. Le compte utilisateur à partir duquel j'ai fait toutes les actions pour nettoyer mon ordi fonctionne impec. Par contre, à l'ouverture de l'autre compte de l'ordi (qui n'avait pas encore été ouvert depuis le nettoyage), le fond d'écran était tout blanc. J'imagine que ça peut être normal, puisqu'aucun autre fond d'écran n'avait été réinstallé depuis que le fond d'écran rouge installé par le virus avait été nettoyé. Par contre, en essayant de remettre un nouveau fond d'écran, l'ordi est devenu horriblement lent et Online armor a signalé que "privacy in danger index.htm" à partir de C:/WINDOWS ou quelque chose d'analogue essayait de mettre un fond d'écran. Je l'ai bloqué avec Online Armor et il a ensuite mentionné que privacy in danger était introuvable. Ensuite l'ordi a presque figé, mais j'ai réussi à forcer tous les programmes à quitter. À la 3e tentative, le fond d'écran à été installé, mais internet fonctionne toujours très mal dans ce compte utilisateur.

Ai-je encore un pépin?

Devrais-je reprendre tout dépuis le début dans l'autre compte (faut-il le faire pour chaque compte ?!?)
