Outlook sends the same message 9 to 10 times.

Hello,

URGENT, I'm really troubled: Microsoft Outlook is systematically sending the same message multiple times to my list of recipients. They are fed up with having their inbox unnecessarily overloaded.

I updated the contacts with the repair of damaged files but the problem persists.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Is it that you are using Outlook Express?!
In that case, Outlook Express splits messages into several pieces due to oversized attachments. Send smaller attachments, or use Outlook in Office. I had this problem too, but I have never encountered it again.
    Hoping I have helped you.

I have the same problem with Outlook 2007, the message is supposedly never sent but the recipient receives it every minute until I cancel the sending
      Thank you for your help

        Hello,
It also happens, and yes, with Outlook 2007 when you send messages that are too large.
        So do this:
Open Outlook, go to "tools," then "email accounts."
In the list of email addresses, select the one from which your messages are sent. If you only have one, it’s much simpler. Select it. Go to "more settings," then go to the "advanced options" tab.
In this tab, you have the "Server Timeouts" option, which is set to 1 minute by default. Slide the cursor to 2 or 3 minutes. And click "ok." If that’s not enough later, increase the server timeout again.
Otherwise, compress the photo files or others that you are sending.
        Good luck.
        Fred

Good evening, I don't see a response to your problem, which is also mine. Since January 24, 2008, have you found the solution? If so, thank you for your possible help.
