I am wondering if there is a way to count the words in a PowerPoint presentation.

    Hello,

    Yes, there is a way to count the words in PowerPoint. You need to display the properties of your file:

    In PowerPoint, click on the folder icon (Open), a dialog box will appear, in the look in box select the drive containing the file, select your file, click on Tools, Document Properties (content, statistics...) in statistics you will find the word count.

      The statistics are not reliable at all on PowerPoint in the properties. They are only reliable on Word, and even then, only if there are no images or text boxes in the document.
