Comment utiliser hijackthis

bonjour à tous
J"ai acheté un Laptop HP dv6000 des états unis depuis plus de deux mois , je n'ai pas eu de problèmes sauf avec la cam que j'ai réglé et j'ai expliqué la solution ici cur ccù. Enfin bref mais voila que depuis un bout de temps j'ai une leuteur pas possible, firefox qui est devenu trop lent, il se plante, javais norton internet security mais il a expiré, je lai echangé contre un NOD 32 qu'on m'a conseillé.
Le ^ptobleme persiste et sa me rend fou vu que je narrive plus a travailler convenablement la saisie se fait toujours en différé, le son des wizz de msn vient toujours en différé, j'ai cru avoir une super machine mais je me retrouve avec une lenteur digne d'un 166 MHZ sachant qu'au niveau programme ya que les basiques (livrés) et puis rockdocks,. G enlevé les programmmes au démarrage(msconfig), desinstallé des programmes que je nutilise pas (vongo roxo et compagnie..) toujours rien
On m'a conseillé hijackthis mais je ne sais pas comment l'utiliser. Je me retrouve dans une impasse, aidez moi SVP!

    oui imesh s le logiciel peer to peer que jutilise rarement pour telecharger des mp3, ça ne va pas generer un souci si je supprime ces lignes?
