petit problème ...

quand je veut intaller navilog1 je ne peux pas mon antivirus me dit qu'il y a un virus nommé RiskTool.win32.Reboot malgrés mes tentatives de mis en quarantaine ou suppression impossible il revien

un messag d'erreur apparait en meme temp et me dit : "une erreur est survenu en essayant de renommer un fichier dans le dossier de destination Movie File a échoué ; code 5 accès refusé"

que dois je faire ? je ne m'en sortirai pas

mais quand j'ouvre mon antivirus fiefall j'ai deux fichier en qurantaine : Risktool.win32.reboot (2x le même)

dois-je les supprimer ou les laisser en quarantaine ?
car j'ai encore des fenètre publicitaire qui s'ouvre spontanément ainsi qu'une page vierge qui ne cesse de s'ouvrir
par contre je peut réouvrir ma messagerie !

* Faire un clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et choisir "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
* Arriver au menu principal, choisir l'option 2 et valider.
* Le fix demandera ensuite le redémarrer le PC, fermer toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistrer les documents personnels ouverts, et appuyer sur une touche comme demandé.(si le Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, le faire manuellement)
* Au redémarrage du PC, choisir la session habituelle si nécessaire.
* Patienter jusqu'au message : Nettoyage Termine le ...
* Sauvegarder le rapport de manière à le retrouver, puis fermer le blocnote, le bureau réapparaitra, et poste le stp
* Réactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC)

non je n'ai aucun message d'erreur
il me marque si j'ai des nouveaux messages mais quand je clic pour ouvrir ma boite de réception il me met le haut de la page (orange) mais rien d'autre la page est blanche et le rectangle en bas de page qui se rempli de vert est absent

cela le fesait quand le pc étai infecté il ne le fesait plus et le refait depuis que j'ai réutilisé navilog1 avec option 2

ok, on verra ça au cours de la désinfection !
