Hello,
I bought Quadra Compta and I entered all the accounts I use in the chart of accounts, including accounts 401 and 411, suppliers and customers. However, when I want to make a standard entry, a message appears on the screen: no entries are possible in collective accounts. But when creating the accounts, the software automatically set these accounts 4... as collective. What should I do?

Quadratus offers supplier account management in 08 and customer account management in 01 by default. Accounts 408, 409, 416, etc. are considered as collective accounts (Recommendation from the order of chartered accountants)
If you want to change this coding and return to the old school that I belong to: Change the coding page of the chart of accounts from the file management settings menu, then from the tools utility menu, adjust the balances.
