Adjusting the size of an Excel cell

Hello,

Here's my little issue:

In a cell (list), when I select my choice and the text is too large for the column, it doesn't display completely ...... I tried in cell format: justified and wrap text, but it doesn't work (note that the width of the column cannot change: only the height can)
