Mobile device washed at 60° in the washing machine

Solved

Hello,
I have a problem this morning; my phone went through the washing machine in my bed sheets at 60°.
I removed the battery and put it on a towel to dry it.
Does anyone know if it will work again or if someone knows what to do in my case?
My phone is a Sony Ericsson K530i.
I had an M2 card in it; is it dead?
Please respond, it's urgent.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

What you need to know is that it's not just water that is the enemy of your phone in particular and electronics in general, but everything that can be in the water, namely:
mineral salts, dirt, chemicals, and so on.
Indeed, once you have thoroughly removed the water from your phone, and it has dried, these contaminants will remain, which, with the heat generated by your temporarily resurrected phone, will undoubtedly cause short circuits.
And thus the permanent death of your favorite phone.

which I certainly do not wish for you...

What should be done to wash a laptop in the washing machine at 40°?

Hi. Between two seconds in the shower and a good long 60-minute program, there's a difference..!!!!!! I'm done...;-)^^

It needs to be done as quickly as possible to take it apart before the water damages all your components and it becomes truly dead. Then you use a hairdryer on the maximum heat setting. Mine fell into my shower; it was in the water for about 2 seconds. I did what I told you, and it worked again—at first, the screen was very bright, but then it returned to normal. It's a K750i.

yes it was on
I'm going to pray lol
should I do something to make it dry faster so that the drying is more effective to give me the best chance for the port to work again?

thanks for the quick response

don’t worry, I’ll show you a picture of how to take it apart because it’s going to be too hard to explain in writing.

My phone went through the washing machine at 40 degrees. It spent the night in there, and I think it was turned on. This is annoying, what should I do?

The problem just happened to me. (Machine at 60°, normal program). I dried the laptop and then recharged the battery. The 3.7V voltage had dropped to 0.8V. It rose to 3V in 3 hours, and then the laptop restarted.

Mais une chaleur trop importante ne risquerait-elle pas d'endommager certains composants ?

Hello,
The card shouldn't be damaged, but your phone might have some chances! If it was on, even more! But it's happened that everything works normally afterwards!!
Anyway, you need to keep your fingers crossed.
Best regards

if you can take it apart, clean it with alcohol and a toothbrush (gently...) before it's completely dry (if it's not too late), which will help to clean the microparticles of dirt.

Today (02/06/08) my phone went through the washing machine yesterday; I had forgotten it in my jeans. This morning when my mother came to pick me up from school, she told me she put it on the radiator after removing the battery, and when I put the battery back in, my phone doesn't turn on. Please give me some ideas on how to make it work again; it's a Sony Ericsson W850i. Thank you in advance.

mine is on the radiator

I put it in a closed box with a tissue so that the tissue absorbs the moisture.

Me too, but it works, I used a hairdryer on it. Mine, when it went through the machine, I think it was off.

C'est pourquoi je te recommande vivement de le démonter pour retirer toutes ces saletés.
