Install the French version of PES 2008

Hello,
PES 2008 in French:

Hi,

I'm having a graphics issue. I have PES 2008 version 3.99GB "(ita)" running smoothly, but the thing is that when I put the file: rv_f.img to have it in French, it works and the text is in French, but the graphics are worse than with the Italian file: rv_i.img (it doesn't shine! and there's no movement of the blue balls!).
If anyone has an idea on where to find another file than this one:

    I have the big patch v2 and I don't know at all how to install it.
    I extracted each folder and then I don't know what to do next!!!

      For the BIG PATCH V2, you need to select all the parts that go together and extract them at the same time. Click on "extract here" to reconstruct the file.
      Then, paste it in place of the original in the "img" folder of the game installation file (in program files; KONAMI).
      There you go.

    Is it the one from Konami that fixes network bugs?

    or

    A patch to modify jerseys, teams, stadiums...?

    The network bug patch is about 20MB.

    For your patch, you don't have an exe or anything like that; otherwise, you need to install it in a game directory, which: no idea.

    Copy everything from "http" to the end and paste it into the address bar of your web browser. Once the page is displayed, right-click on "start download" and choose "save target as" (place it on the desktop). Once the download is complete, extract the content and in this version, you have an "exe" file so there is no need to install it manually in any directory, the installation will do it automatically. In the end, all you have to do is click on "finish" and that's it, the installation takes 2 minutes.
