Hello, I currently have an Acer Aspire 5315 laptop and the mouse is not working anymore. So I would like to know how to "reactivate" it. Thank you in advance !!!!!

Hello  for the mouse or keyboard of a laptop that is not working, just find the Fn key on your keyboards!  hold it down and then press F9 I think they will work

I suggest activating the ctrl and alt keys in advance by clicking five times on the shift key and then clicking simultaneously on ctrl, alt, f6.

I have an Asus and I have the same problem. My touchpad is not working, but when I plug in a real mouse, it works. How can I fix this issue?

WELL, YOU HAVE SOME ISSUES :-)

Try using a USB mouse.
What caused the problem?
Do you have a yellow exclamation point next to the device in the control panel?
Did the computer fall? If so, is it still under warranty? If not, open it up and check that the very fine ribbon cable hasn't come loose (even slightly).
If that doesn't help, reinstall Windows. If it's still not working, reset the BIOS (press F2 or DEL during startup). If it's still not working, just use a USB mouse, and that's it...
