Faux centre de securite et fenetres de pub

Bonjour,

Je suis constamment embetée par une fenetre ou un faux centre de securité apparait, de plus de nombreuses fenetres de pubs apparaissent souvent, je possede pourtant Adware et spybot + ccleaner et rien n'est detecté, pourriez-vous m'aider ?
