For those who have the issue with the thing in Spanish or whatever, like it ve + salumer, etc., like for example mavouu
it happened to me, and the only thing I believe is to return it where you bought it, and if it's not too late, have it exchanged like I did. Now I have a 4G one and no more issues, at least for now (knocking on wood)

For 335sang, I have the same problem. The only solution I've found is to delete the file and put it back, but it doesn't always work. :'(
My problem is changing movies or videos; the converter they provided bugs on my computer, and the others I have the impression that they don't work either. Yet when I plug in my MP4 and look at what's inside, it's there, but as soon as I check on my MP4, it doesn't work; it's not there. :'( :'(
