Hello,
I am a member of this great working group online, so I pointed an antenna 1.20m with an iDirect modem. On the first day of testing, everything worked well, and then it took two weeks for the lights to play tricks on us; on my modem, currently, only two lights are on: the RX and the net. I would like to know if there is a connector in the field to explain to me a bit about what is happening, thanks.
So, let's take a look
Here is the issue
TX red
RX green
NET orange

Hello,
your problem is a bit complex. When the Rx light is green, it means that you are locked onto the satellite and that the LNB is good;
the red Tx simply means that your service provider did not properly commission your modem. In case you call them and they confirm that your modem is indeed commissioned (meaning they assigned you an active and functional bandwidth range on their server), then check your cable, your connector linked to the BUC, and especially your BUC. It might be that your BUC is faulty.
Otherwise, your problem is very vaguely stated and does not allow for a proper assessment.
When you check your opt file, are the information in it the same as recorded in your modem? Because it could be that someone inadvertently uploaded a new opt file that does not match the provider's file.
Many parameters could be the cause of your failure. But above all, call the provider first and ask them to perform an online check-up of your modem.
See you soon!
