A flashing garland around the screen

Hello,

during this Christmas season, I would like to personalize my screen.
Recently, I stumbled upon a multicolored flashing garland that installed itself on my desktop with a click, giving a wonderfully kitschy effect!

Unfortunately, I closed that garland one day, and now I can't find where I had found it.

If someone could let me know, that would be great! I'm also open to other forms of Christmas animations!!! Let’s not deprive ourselves of pleasure…

    I wanted to install a garland around the screen last year; I did it but I didn't mention the address. Thank you very much for the reply.

    Uh, they told you how to put them on, but I can't take them off. How do you do it? Thanks for replying.

      I had forgotten about this garland!

      So I reinstalled it, and to remove it, I threw everything in the trash. Especially the little icon at the bottom next to the clock. That should work!
