Freeze de 5 min lors du boot de openSuSeFermé

Bonjour,

Salux, 

Je viens d'installer openSuSe 10.3 et je la trouve vraiment super, très peu buggée, bien finie, ect 
Elle est vraiment super.. une fois le PC démarré...
Car au moment du boot, j'ai un freeze de 5 min au moins : la barre de progression stagne au point mort pendant plusieurs minutes fait un petit progrès de quelques millimètres puis encore un ti dodo  <_<  puis elle se réveille et démarre normalement  :rolleyes:  

Bon alors j'ai un peu regarder mon /var/log/messages et apparament il y'aurait un problème avec ata2 quelque chose du genre enfin je vais vous le montrer ça ira plus vite  :)

Quelques précisions : j'ai un disque dur et un lecteur de CD tous deux en IDE.
                                     la version 10.3 de openSuSe sous KDE

D'où vient le problème ? Comment puis-je le résoudre?

Salut,

apparement tu as un disque SCSI, et la libata pourrait être la cause de tes soucis.

Au boot, essaie de voir les lignes au chargement (F2 je crois pour afficher les log en temps réel)
Et regarde si c'est bien ça qui déconne.

Je connais pas SuSe mais tu dois alors virer les modules pata* !

Et remplace les par les modules ide :

Par contre essaie aussi en ajoutant l'option 'noapic' au boot

On a eu un problème sous Arch avec la sortie du noyau 2.6.19 à l'époque, les rigolos de dev avaient activés l'option pata par défaut, apparemment ils font pareil sous SuSe ... ce que je t'ai mis, c'est l'astuce qui as permis de résoudre le problème, en espèrent que ça marche pour toi !

Bon alors après Mandriva je suis finalement revenu à la openSuSe, c'est la distrib qui m'a le plus taper dans l'oeil.

Bon alors en fait je réinstalle la 10.3, même problème.
